Returns and Exchanges

Is it possible to change the products or the model as well as to return the received order?

If once received the purchase you are not satisfied, ALISADOPELO allows its exchange or return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and provided that the item has not been opened, used or damaged.

You can request a product exchange or a refund. To exchange a product for another you must proceed to its return for refund and make a new purchase. All returns must be made in its original packaging, including the invoice inside the box , the return costs will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in good condition and that the packaging seals have not been modified or broken and we will proceed to send the new item if you have requested the return for exchange or, if necessary, we will make the refund within approximately 15 days.

If the returned item is damaged in any way or the weights of the products do not match, acceptance of the return or exchange may be refused.

In the case of products purchased with third party promotions or promotional coupons, it will be possible to exchange the product or for a coupon of the same amount valid to purchase any product in the store. This coupon can be redeemed within a maximum period of 3 months days. Promotions are not cumulative.

The commissions of third parties, such as Paypal, Stripe, cash on delivery, etc.. They will be deducted from the refund since it is the intermediary who charges the commission.

How do I receive my refund?

Returns for exchange of products shall be borne by the buyer, in the event that you want to return the same once reviewed the product will be paid the amount minus the shipping costs of shipping and collection of the same.

  • A credit to your credit card account (for credit card payments), which you can check on your credit card statement. The date of payment settlement does not depend on us.
  • If you have paid via PayPal, you will receive the credit to your PayPal account.
  • If you have paid by bank transfer, we will contact you to request your full account number and make the payment directly to your bank account.
  • If you have paid cash on delivery, we will make a transfer to your bank account. We will ask you for your bank account information in order to make the transfer correctly.
Can PACKs be returned?
Packs cannot be returned because the products have a discount and the promotional products are personalized, so it is not possible to return any of the products.
How do I make the return?

If you have made your purchase from the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla, you must process your return through Correos, following the steps below:

 

1- MARK INVOICE: Locate the invoice we sent you with the order and mark the items you want to return.

2- PACK: Pack in the original packaging the items and the invoice together with the return/exchange slip.

3- REQUEST PICK-UP AND DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE: Request product pick-up by calling ALISADOPELO at 965 98 40 50 if the order has been delivered to your home.
4- TRANSPORTATION AND PICK-UP: Make the delivery to the carrier.
5- RECEIVE REFUND: In the next 15 days you will receive the amount of your return. In case you have requested an exchange, you will receive the new pair within 2 to 3 working days after we receive the returned item in the warehouse.
In orders served to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, returns will be made through Correos. In this case, all fees and taxes associated with the shipment will be paid by the buyer in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In these shipments will be taken as declared value for customs purposes the amount of the invoice in euros.
